Hey there! I’m Jordi Espinosa, a designer, creator, and photographer based in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m currently 23 years old (yes, I started very young in this, I had the bad or good luck of knowing what to dedicate myself to from a very young age).

I have always thought that defining oneself is difficult, but I am going to try:

I’m a lover of hot dogs, coffee, and cachopos.
I play Smite in my free time.
Although I’m not a professional photographer, I like to capture movie scenes during my travels.
I’m from Barcelona, although the Basque Country is my second home. Long live the Costa Brava and Gora Euskadi!
I’m not an otaku, although I am very hooked on Naruto. I traveled to Japan, and it was undoubtedly the trip of my life.
In my free time, I like to work on crazy 3 AM project ideas.

How long does a project take?
The duration of the project depends on the type of project. However, typically the most common timeline is as follows:

- 5 days for preparation: Conceptualization, definition, moodboard, inspiration, gathering resources.
- 5 days for design.
- 5-10 days for development.

Please note that these timelines are approximate and can vary depending on the specific requirements and complexity of the project.
Do you offer other design services not mentioned on the website?
Yes, it’s all negotiable. If you have a branding project, we can review it as well. I have designed taximeters and video game interfaces for various clients.

Can I request changes during the development process?
Yes, you can request changes during the development process. We encourage ongoing collaboration and are open to adjustments and revisions to ensure the project meets your expectations. However, it’s important to discuss how changes may affect the timeline and budget.
How is payment for services made?
Payment is made through Stripe, which is a secure and reliable platform for processing online transactions. Using Stripe ensures that both you and I are protected during the payment process.
Do you charge for additional revisions?
Initially, no, and our contract specifies that. The goal is to make the payment once and cover everything with it.However, there is a limit; I can’t do endless revisions, mainly because we won’t meet the agreed deadlines.
Meetings policy
I would like to thank you for your interest in having voice meetings.

However, I've made the decision to no longer accept voice meetings and instead prefer to communicate through detailed emails or by presenting attached videos.

Let me explain the reasons behind this change.

Firstly, I opted for this new form of communication because I believe it provides better documentation and record-keeping of our interactions. By receiving a detailed email, I can carefully review the information provided and ensure that I fully understand your needs and requirements.

Additionally, I can take notes and refer to them in the future, which helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that we can address all important aspects effectively.

By attaching videos to emails, I have the ability to visually convey concepts, ideas, or instructions in a clearer and more concise manner.

Videos allow me to demonstrate procedures, show concrete examples, or provide step-by-step explanations that may be difficult to convey solely through voice conversations.

Furthermore, this new communication methodology allows me to manage my time more efficiently and dedicate the appropriate amount of time to each query or request.

Through emails and videos, I can structure my work time more flexibly and ensure that all inquiries receive the attention they deserve, without time restrictions imposed by voice meetings. I also want to emphasize that this change aims to improve the quality of our service and provide you with better support.

By having detailed written information and attached videos, I can dedicate more time and attention to carefully reviewing your needs and providing more comprehensive and accurate responses.

While I understand that voice meetings can be faster and more personal in some cases, I believe that this new approach offers significant benefits for both you and me.
